Tissue Utilization Review Committee (TURC)

 

The charge & function of the TURC is as follows:

• Recommend guidelines for access to biospecimens
• Recommend the biospecimens to be collected
• Recommend the priority criteria by which to evaluate the requests for biopspecimens
• Review guidelines and operations
• TURC recommendations will be submitted to the SEC for review and approval
