Problems Accessing Velos eResearch
Security Certificate Error
If you receive the message below when you access the Velos eResearch system at https://lcrc.veloseresearch.com, make sure to select the option "Yes". Note that different web browsers might show this alert message in a different manner. However, your answer should still be to proceed.
Pop-Up Blockers
If you receive the message below when you access the Velos eResearch system at https://lcrc.veloseresearch.com, you will need to deactivate your pop-up blocker, or include https://lcrc.veloseresearch.com as one of the truested websites for your pop-up blocker.
If you use internet explorer go to the menu Tools>Pop-Up Blocker and select the option Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker. Alternatively you can go to the menu Tools>Pop-Up Blocker>Pop-Up Blocker Settings and type lcrc.veloseresearch.com in the "Address of Website to Allow:" box and click on Add and then Close.
Notice that these steps are only for the internet explorer pop-up blocker. Other web browser and different pop-up blockers such as google pop-up blocker, yahoo pop-up blocker, etc. can also limit you from using the Velos eResearch System.
